| Vin Santo: An aromatic sweet wine made from a blend of Aidani and Athiri grapes. The grapes are laid out to dry for approximately 15 days and then go through the vinification process. The wine is then aged in at 5C for approximately one year before bottling. The resulting wine is sweet and luscious with a full-body. | |
