Produces from grapes coming from thirty year old vines of 'Agiogitiko' [St George], a Greek variety with it's roots in antiquity. The vineyards are situated on the high slopes of the Peloponnese mountains and cultivated using centuries-old practices which are environmentally friendly. The wine is bottled relatively young and is mouth-filling, fruity and lively, with a balanced clean finish. Enjoy at 16° -18° C with red meal and cheese, or slightly chilled with light dishes.
