| Mantinia OAK Fermented: A white dry wine made solely from the Moschofilero grape. The grapes are destemed and crushed in a pneumatic press. The must is clarified and fermentation is carried out in new 400lt French oak casks. Battonage, or lees stirring is performed after fermentation once a week for approximately six months. The wine is then clarified and stabilized at a cold temperature. It is bottled under sterile conditions approximately one year after harvest. On the nose, the wine is filled with vanilla, honey, apricot and spicy aromas. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with medium acidity and medium alcohol. Soft flavors of vanilla, caramel and honeysuckle abound on the palate. For in-depth information, click here (Acrobat Reader Required). | ![]() |
