| Fume Vassiliou: A unique white wine made from Savatiano grape. After crushing, the must is placed in French oak casks to ferment. Upon completion of the fermentation process, the wine is then aged for six months in French oak. The final result is big ripe wine that is filled with vanilla, chestnut and toasted nut aromas. On the palate, it is full bodied with balanced acidity and the aromas continue through on the palate. The finish is long and pleasant. | |
